Judgment :- Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation to the first respondent with regard to the relief’s sought for in the writ petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent with regard to the relief’s sought for in the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
