Judgment : Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition has become infructuous and to that effect he has made the following endorsement in the Court bundle today:- “The petition has become infructuous hence the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn”. 2. Recording the said submission and endorsement, the above Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
