ORDER Details have been furnished by the Superintendent of State 'After Care Home', Gaighat, at Gulzarbagh, Patna-800007, about the girls, who are alleged to be victim of some crime and have been kept there, showing whether the girl is desirous to go with her parents and, if claimed to be married, with her husband. The category of inmates of the After Care Home have been listed amongst those whose parents want to take their daughter with them but she does not want to go. However, about such inmates under Schedule-A further information has not been placed about their marital status and about place where they desire to go. Such details may be furnished after gathering information from the respective girls. 2. We find, from the perusal of the details furnished, that many of the inmates have attained majority and five girls are those whose parents wants to take her home and she is also desiours of going home. 3. About such cases we direct the Superintendent, After Care Home, to make available appropriate information to the Court where the case in respect of the crime of which the girl is alleged to be the victim is pending, for seeking appropriate Orders, about their release from custody. 4. We also direct that where the age of the girl has not been mentioned, their education status may be enquired into and necessary steps be taken for ascertaining their age. If no other evidence is available, her age may be medically obtained. 5. The details may be furnished within four weeks from today. 6. Put up after four weeks under the same heading. 7. Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for State.
