ORDER : Altamas Kabir, J. From the report sent by the jail authorities, it appears that the petitioner has been in custody since 24th August, 2005, and is about 75 years old today. The only role which has been attributed to the petitioner in the incident is that he exhorted the other accused to commit the murder. Having regard to the above, let the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with such conditions as the Trial Court may consider necessary, since the trial has commenced. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly. SLP Disposed of as above.
