Judgment Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 05.05.1993, which is pending before the fourth respondent, is directed to be disposed of by the fourth respondent, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 05.05.1993, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the appeal, dated 05.05.1993, to the fourth respondent, along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
