The Registrar General of the Madras High Court shall send, in sealed cover, the entire file of the writ petitions and original records of this case for our perusal on the next date fixed. 8. In view of the statements made by Mr. Ranjit Kumar and Mr. Lalit, learned senior counsel appearing for Mr. N. Kannadasan, that till the disposal of these appeals, Mr. N. Kannadasan, Presiding Officer would go on leave, the operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed until further orders. 9.
