Judgment :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order passed in I.A.No.18675 of 1988 in O.S.No.8401 of 1988 dated 05.07.2004 on the file of the XIV City Civil Judge, Chennai. 2. When the above civil revision petition came up before me today, both the learned counsel were present with their respective parties and submitted that a memo of compromise has been arrived at between the parties and a Compromise Memo dated 18.06.2008 has also been filed duly signed by both the parties. However, the said memo was read and explain to the parties and they have also admitted the contents of the same. 3. In view of the above said submissions made by both the learned counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo arrived at between the parties. The Compromise Memo dated 18.06.2008 filed by the petitioner and the respondent shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
