B. K. NARAYANA, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for opposite party no. 1 and Sri Prashant Arora, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 and 3. Notice need not be sent to opposite party no. 4 in view of the order which the Court proposes to pass. Grievance of the petitioner is that her application form for being considered for selection and appointment as Shiksha Mitra has not been accepted by the opposite party no. 4 and for ventilation of her grievances, the petitioner has already preferred a representation before the opposite party no. 1 on 11. 11. 2008, copy whereof has been appended as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition but the same has not been decided till date. A prayer has been made that the opposite party no. 1 be directed to consider and decide the petitioners representation expeditiously within a reasonable period of time. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the said prayer. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the petitioners representation dated 11. 11. 2008 (Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition) strictly in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. .
