JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned. 2. Accused-petitioner Nirannath is facing charge for the offence under Section 8/20 of the NDPS Act. The recovered Ganja is weighing 5 kg., which is less than commercial quantity. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, this bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.PC. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Nirannath S/o Gorunath be released on bail in FIR No. 213/2008, P.S. Taranagar, Distt. Churu provided he executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 20,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail Application Allowed. *******
