PRADEEP KANT AND SHABIHUL HASNAIN, JJ. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel and on behalf of respondents 2 to 4, notice has been accepted by Sri D. K. Arora. Admittedly the petitioner-institution has not been granted affiliation till date for the B. C. A. Course. The matter is under consideration before the State Government for grant of approval. The prayer of the petitioners counsel that the students admitted by the petitioner-institution be allowed to appear in the examination, cannot be accepted at this stage. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition finally with the consent of the parties counsel, with the direction that the matter regarding grant of approval for affiliation be considered and disposed of by the State Government, expeditiously, say preferably within a maximum period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. .
