He filed a memo, stating that after passing the common order under challenge and pending appeals, there were memorandum of understanding and shareholders agreement entered into between the parties on 11.03.2004 and a copy of memorandum of understanding and shareholders agreement were also produced and under these circumstances, it could be recorded and the appeals could be disposed of. Accordingly, the Memorandum of Understanding and Shareholders agreement are recorded and these appeals are disposed of. No costs.
