JUDGMENT RAVINDRA SINGH, J.--Heard Sri Hemendra Pratap Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant, learned AG.A for the State of U.P. and Sri Nipun Singh, leamed Counsel for O.P. No.2. 2. This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of complaint case No. 100 of 2007 under sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Special C.J.M., Meerut. 3. It is contended by learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel for O.P. No.2, that in the present case both the parties have entered into compromise. In support of this contention one notary affidavit has been filed by O.P. No.2 as Annexure-I of the affidavit. The offence under sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. are compoundable and the same can be compounded by the person to whom the hurt is caused and the person who is insulted or intimidated. 4. Consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and learned Counsel for O.P. No. 2 this application is disposed of with direction that in case both the parties file the compromise application supported by their affidavits in the Court concerned, the same shall be allowed. 5. The interim order dated 5.10.2007 is hereby vacated. Petition Disposed Of.
