Judgment Jasbir Singh, J. 1. By filing this writ petition, petitioner is seeking promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent. Shri Rathee has put on record copy of order dated September 7, 2007, which shows that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner was promoted to the above said post. In view of the order passed, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
