Judgment :- Heard both sides. 2. At the request of both the learned counsel, the matter was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai. 3. As per the report, dated 03.07.2008 submitted by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, it is reported that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and accordingly, the respondents 8 and 9 in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) towards full and final settlement to the respondents / claimants 1 to 7. The said respondents / claimants have also agreed to receive the said amount Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) towards full and final settlement of their claim. 4. Both the parties have agreed for the other terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 03.07.2008 filed before this Court, hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is ordered in terms of the Mediation Agreement entered into between the parties to the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 5. With the above observations, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 6. The Mediation Agreement, dated 03.07.2008 entered into between the parties to the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall form part of this Judgment and Decree.
