1. While the Judgment was being announced, Mr. Shah, Senior Counsel, invited attention of the Court to the interim order dated December 23, 2003 passed by the learned Single Judge which has been directed to remain in operation vide order dated April 23, 2004, by which the learned Single Judge had directed that no ad hoc arrangement shall be regularised in the Department of Unani Medicines, Health and Medical Education Department. 2. In view of the judgment delivered by us today, we are inclined to vacate the interim direction dated December 23, 2003.
