ORDER In all these writ petitions, the common relief is for issuance of the original B.Ed. certificates for the course completed by the petitioners in different years from Sidharth Mahila Teachers Training College under Magadh University. All these writ petitions have been filed nearly 12-14 years after the candidates have appeared in the examination. 2. To this Court, the writ petitions raise several issues of facts, which need to be determined before any appropriate relief can be granted to the petitioners. 3. These writ applications are, therefore, disposed off with a direction to the Vice-Chancellor, Magadh University to decide the eligibility of the petitioners for receipt of their respective B.Ed. certificates after verifying, if the petitioner was a bona fide student of the institution, if on the date that the petitioners got admission in the Institution in question, it had a valid recognition; if it had a valid recognition, did the petitioners actually appeared in the examination; if they did, are their marks sheet, as claimed, correct and genuine. 4. If the answer to the aforesaid be in affirmative, this Court for the present only considers it proper to take note of the another writ petition being C.W.J.C. No. 14133 of 2006 that any subsequent cancellation of the recognition after the petitioner had completed their studies and holding of examination in question after cancellation of such recognition will not disentitle them to their original certificates. Let the decision be taken by the Vice-Chancellor, Magadh University within a maximum period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt and/or presentation of this order. 5. Any order to the prejudice of the petitioners denying the original B.Ed. certificate as claimed, shall be supported by a reasoned and speaking order.
