judgement ORDER :-There is no need to clarify or modify the order dated 4-5-2007 passed by us in the matter. The application for clarification is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open to the applicants/appellants to challenge the order rejecting the prayer for accepting the affidavit evidence in accordance with law in an appropriate forum.
