ORDER 1. This Contempt Petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the Report as directed by us vide Order dt. 30.11.2007 has already been submitted and the possession of the premises in question has been handed over to the petitioners. In that view of the matter, this Contempt Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. The contempt notice is discharged.
