Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioner would echo the cri de coeur of the petitioner to the effect that the petitioners appeal dated 13.06.2006 filed before the respondent invoked no positive response and still the matter is pending and he wants direction to be issued to the authority to dispose it within a time frame. 2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 3. I could see considerable force in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and accordingly the following direction is given: The respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 13.06.2006 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity of being heard to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
