Judgment :- Heard Mr.S.Kumarasamy, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent, namely, The Management of Islamiah College, represented by its Secretary and Correspondent for committing contempt of Courts for disobeying the orders and directions issued by this Honble Court in W.M.P.No.10166 of 1995 in W.P.No.4157 of 1995, dated 211. 1996. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the entire amount ordered to be paid by this court, by its order, dated 211. 1996, has been paid. 4. In such circumstances, no further orders are required in this petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
