JUDGMENT 1. - Grievance has been raised by the petitioner that in spite of his approaching of various State functionaries, the encroachment made on the public path in village Beswa, Tehsil Fatehpur, District Sikar has not been removed with the result that further encroachments are taking place. 2. I do not deem it appropriate to directly entertain the writ petition on the subject matter. The petitioner can have his remedy before the District Collector, Sikar by making an appropriate representation. If any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the District Collector within two months of receipt thereof. 3. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.Writ petition disposed of as above. *******
