Judgment :- Petitioner seeks writ of mandamus directing 1st and 2nd Respondent to take action against 3rd and 4th Respondents for the violation under the clauses 7,11. 1 and 19.2 the brochure of the 1st Respondent dated 011. 2004, and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to allot the Petrol-Diesel Retail outlet dealership at Chattrapatti, Virudhunagar District to the Petitioner as per clauses 18-2-2 and 17-2 of the brochure of 1st Respondent dated 011. 2004. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has appeared in the Court at 12.30 p.m and insisted to pass orders in the impleading petition in the M.P.No.1 of 2008. Since the Petition is to implead the Advocate/Notorary Public, the learned counsel for the Petitioner was asked to make his submissions. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he would come and make his submissions at 2.30 p.m . When the matter was taken up at 2.30 p.m, there was no representation for the Petitioner. Again when the matter was called up for 3.30 p.m. there was no representation for the Petitioner. In such circumstances there is no justification for adjourning the matter. The writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently M.P.No.1 is also closed.
