JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By way of filing the present writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 01.08.2007 passed by the learned Board of Revenue Rajasthan, Ajmer for depositing cash securities of Rs.60,000/- per crop and have prayed for enhancing the said amount to Rs.2,50,000/-. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that respondents Nos.4 and 5 are enjoying the possession though they have lost the battle of litigation. Thereafter, the petitioners preferred a suit for eviction and the same is pending since long and petitioners are deprived of their right of eviction as well as possession. 4. In the interest of justice, I see no reason to interfere with the order dated 01.08.2007 whereby the learned Revenue Board has fixed the limit for depositing cash securities of Rs.60,000/- per crop. Therefore, the prayer of petitioners for enhancement of amount is rejected. However, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Raisinghnagar, District Sri Ganganagar is directed to decide the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If any stay order was granted by the Revenue Board in this case, the same shall be deemed to be vacated. 5. With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.Petition dismissed. *******
