Judgment :- The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Letter No.2116/N1.A2(1)98-12 dt.25.04.2001 on his file, quash the same and direct him to transfer the petitioners lands in S.Nos.101/7 (southern 18 cents) 101/10 (3 cents) and 101/11 (4.75 cents) in 140 Thiruvanmiyur village, Chennai to the petitioner u/s 48-B of the Land Acquisition Act 1984. 2. Ms.Hema Sampath, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, after making submissions on the impugned order, states that the materials, which are now produced before the Court were not originally available with them to be placed before the respondent State. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and to file further petition to review the order dated 24. 2001 in letter No.2116/N.A.2(1)98-12. 3. In the light of the above submission made by the learned senior counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate the entire issue before Government for a proper review of their order. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed. 4. The order of dismissal will not stand in any way of the Government in considering the representation of the petitioner.
