Judgment 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. For the relief prayed for in this writ application the petitioner has moved several representations before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah but the same was not considered. Thereafter legal notice dated 1.6.2007 has been served on the Collector, Bhojpur at Arrah, copy whereof is contained in Annexure-6, whereunder the petitioner has again highlighted the same grievance which has been raised in the representation about the misdeeds of the Fair Price Shop Dealers. 3. Counsel for the State on the basis of the instructions received from the authorities states that licenses of the Fair Price Shop Dealers have already been suspended and the matter is being enquired into. 4. Counsel for the petitioner in rejoinder states that the licenses of the P.D.S. Shop Dealers have already been restored without cancelling them. 5. Without going into the correctness or otherwise of the two submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State I direct the Collector, Bhojpur at Arrah to consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the legal notice dated 1.6.2007, Annexure-6 in accordance with law as early as possible, in any case within a period of three months from today. 6. This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
