Judgment :- At the stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the Executive Committee of the Tamil Nadu Warehousing Corporation, to seek the reliefs, as prayed for in the writ petition. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court permitting the petitioner to file an appeal before the Executive Committee of the Tamil Nadu Warehousing Corporation. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsels for the parties concerned, it is observed that, it is open to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Executive Committee of the Tamil Nadu Warehousing Corporation, raising all the issues found to be relevant and necessary and on such appeal being filed, it is expected that the Executive Committee of the Tamil Nadu Warehousing Corporation would pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously. No costs.
