Judgment :- The revision petitioners/petitioners/plaintiffs have filed these present civil revision petitions praying for a direction to be issued to the learned District Munsif, Hosur to dispose of I.A.No.825 of 2007 in O.S.No.346 of 2007 and I.A.No.824 of 2007 in O.S.No.346 of 2007 respectively pending on his file at an early date. 2. The only grievance of the revision petitioners/petitioners/ plaintiffs is that these two I.A.Nos.825 of 2007 and 824 of 2007 respectively are adjourned to different dates from time to time by the trial Court and when the matter has come up for enquiry on 17. 2008, the matter has since been adjourned to 112. 2008 and therefore prays for an early disposal of the said two interlocutory applications viz., I.A.Nos.825 of 2007 and 824 of 2007. 3. Without going into the merits of the case and considering the fact that the said two I.A.Nos.825 of 2007 and 824 of 2007 respectively are pending for a long time from 110. 2007 and taking note of the fact that interim applications filed by the parties are to be disposed off at a reasonable period of time, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No. 825 of 2007 in O.S.NO.346 of 2007 and I.A.No.824 of 2007 in O.S.No.346 of 2007 respectively within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to report the compliance to this Court. Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are disposed off in above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
