Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the Writ Petitions is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 27.07.2008 seeking consideration of the case of the petitioners for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant (Aero Bridge) by relaxing the required age limit and appoint them as Junior Assistant (Aero Bridge) with all consequential benefits including monetary benefits. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the representations said to have been given by the petitioners have not reached the 1st respondent and no representation pending before the first respondent. 3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to give detailed representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent may be directed to consider the said representation within a given time. 4. In view of the said submission, the petitioners are given liberty to submit detailed representation before the first respondent within a period of one week from the date on receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioners. 5. During the pendency of the Writ Petitions, by an interim direction to keep three posts of Junior Assistant (Aero Bridge) vacant was ordered to be kept vacant by order dated 18. 2008. Since direction is issued to consider the claim of the petitioners by this Court, the three posts ordered to be kept vacant shall be kept vacant till final orders are passed by first respondent. 6. The Writ Petitions are ordered on the above terms. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
