``Judgment :- This second appeal has been listed under the caption for withdrawal based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant before the Registry. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant had also made an endorsement stating that he may be permitted to withdraw the second appeal. 2. In view of the request made on behalf of the appellant, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
