Judgment :- 1. The revision petitioner/wife has filed the present revision petition praying for issuance of an order by this Court to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.61/2004 pending on its file. 2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/wife submits that the revision petitioner/wife has filed the H.M.O.P.No.61/2004 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet praying for dissolution of marriage and in the said matrimonial proceedings P.Ws.1 and and 2 were examined and that the respondent/husband is dragging on the matter and therefore prays a direction may be issued by this Court to the trial Court to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.No.61/2004 within the time determined by this Court. 3. It is seen from the typed set of papers filed by the revision petitioner/wife that P.W.1 (wife) has been examined in chief in part before the trial Court on 16. 2007 and finally on the side of revision petitioner/wife P.W.2 was cross-examined and after the examination of witnesses P.Ws.1 and 2 now the matter stands posted for recording the evidence of respondent/husband. 4. In view of the fact that the matrimonial proceedings initiated by the revision petitioner/wife is of the year 2004 and since the matter is pending before the trial Court for recording the evidence of respondent/husband etc this Court in the interest of justice issues a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.61/2004 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and to report compliance. The parties are directed to cooperate with the trial Court in regard to the completion of the proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
