Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 10. 2008, filed by the Petitioner Sangam, within a specified period. 3. The learned Government Advocate has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 10. 2008, filed by the petitioner Sangam, after giving an opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
