Judgment :- 1. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
