Judgment : M. Chockalingam, J. 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a writ of habeas corpus alleging that his son aged 15, was missing from 19. 2008; that he was doing 9th Standard in a School at Chengalpattu; and that a complaint was given to the first respondent Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram, on 20.9.2008, which was forwarded to the second respondent. 2. When the matter was taken up for enquiry, it was brought to the notice of the Court that the alleged detenu has been secured. He is also produced before the Court. The petitioner father is also present. Accordingly, the custody of the boy is given to the petitioner father, and this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
