Judgment :- 1. This civil revision petition has been filed as against the interim order of maintenance passed by the Family Court. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main original petition itself has been withdrawn and nothing survives in this civil revision petition and it has become infructuous. 2. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
