Judgment :- 1. The revision petitioner/petitioner/2nd defendant has filed this present civil revision petition, praying for an issuance of an order by this Court in directing the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose of I.A.No.929 of 2008 in O.S.No.785 of 2008 pending on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur in expeditious manner. 2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/second defendant submits that I.A.No.929 of 2008 is pending before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur from 17. 2008 and now the matter stands posted during the first week of January 2009 and since the exparte order of injunction causes an inconvenience and hardship to the revision petitioner/second defendant, it will be in the interest of justice, this Court issues a direction to the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.929 of 2008 within the time frame to be determined by this Court. 3. Inasmuch as I.A.No.929 of 2008 is now pending before the trial Court from 17. 2008,(previously on the file of District Munsifs Court, Tiruvellore) and in view of the fact that the next date of hearing will be during the first week of January 2009 as informed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court as an equitable and prudent option, directs the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.929 of 2008 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to report compliance to this Court without fail. 4. With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
