ORDER Mr. Vikash Kumar and Mr. Niranjan Kumar for the petitioners, Mr. S.K. Ghose, learned Additional Advocate General No.2, Mr. Sanjay Pandey for the Bihar Public Service Commission, and learned counsel appearing in the analogous cases are present. In view of the order dated 13.7.2007 Mr. Neel Mani, Additional Director General of Vigilance Investigation Bureau, is also present alongwith his confidential report in a sealed cover which, after perusal, has been returned to him just now. We find that appreciable progress of investigation has been registered over since the matter was taken up by this court last. The Additional Director General (Vigilance) submits on query that he is making every effort to conclude the investigation within a period of two months' time. 2. Accordingly, put up on 14.5.2008 at the very top of the list, on which date he will be personally present alongwith the confidential report. 3. Let a copy of this order be handed over to Mr. S.K. Ghose, learned Additional Advocate General No.2.
