JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner has moved this writ petition seeking following prayer : (1) That the respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds and he be given appointment on a suitable post; (2) He further prayed for any other order or direction. 2. The petitioner has set up his case before this court that the father of petitioner late Shri Kishanlal was working on the post of Pump Driver in the Office of Assistant Engineer, at Khertal Distt. Alwar and while performing his duties, he died on 30.10.1998. The petitioner wants that he should be posted in place of his father. 3. Today after expiry of 10 years the learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to this court that a direction should be given to the respondents that as and when the petitioner submits the representation regarding the compassionate appointment his representation should be decided within a period of three months by a speaking order. 4. The prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the same has not been opposed by the opposite parties. 5. Hence, I direct to the respondents that as and when the petitioner submits the representation, the same should be decided within a period of three months by the speaking order. 6. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.Writ Petition Disposed of as above. *******
