ORDER This application has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the appeal. 2. Heard. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 4. We now take up the matter for admission. 5. Seen the report of the Registrar General. This will be dealt on the administrative side. 6. Writ petitioner-appellant aggrieved by order, dated 6.7.2007 passed by the learned single Judge in CWJC No. 4534 of 2004 dismissing the writ petitioner has preferred this appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent. 7. From the order of the learned single Judge it is evident that after perusal of the document, counsel representing the petitioner stated that no illegality was committed in the selection process. Taking note of the aforesaid fact learned single Judge had dismissed the writ petition. 8. Mr. Ganguly appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that various other submissions were made before the learned single Judge which have neither been noted nor answered. 9. We are afraid and at the first instance we are not inclined to enter air r is submission. The appellant, if so advised, may take recourse to remedy of review. 10. Appeal stands dismissed with the observation aforesaid.
