JUDGMENT : D.G. Karnik, J. 1. In motion taken out in the suit, order of interim injunction was pronounced in the Court in the morning. Thereafter, negotiation took place between the parties and the parties have settled the suit. 2. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff states that Plaintiff does not want to prosecute the suit against the Defendant Nos. 4 to 7. Suit against Defendant Nos. 4 to 7 is dismissed. 3. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 tender the consent terms. Consent terms are signed by the Plaintiff who is personally present in the court and is identified by his counsel. He admits his signature and the contents to be correct. Consent terms are also signed by the advocate for the Plaintiff. 4. Consent terms are signed by the Defendant Nos. 1 to 3. Though Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 are not present in the court, their signatures are identified by the advocate for the Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 who is present in the Court. He has also signed the consent terms. Counsel for the Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 states that they have already handed over cheque of the agreed amount and their presence be dispensed with. Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 5. There shall be order in terms of consent terms. In view of this, ad-interim injunction granted today morning stands vacated and the motion stand disposed of. 6. Undertaking contained in the consent terms are accepted. Suit is disposed of in terms of consent terms.
