If there is any warrant for arrest against the applicant (Richard Gere), the same is stayed and shall not be executed. The applicant is stated to be a permanent resident of U.S.A. and he is not in India. The order restraining him from leaving the country is also stayed. He may travel to India subject to his having proper travel documents. 3. The CRLMPs are disposed of accordingly.
