JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of election petition filed by the respondent No.2, three applications were filed by the petitioner for calling some record. Out of those three applications, two applications were decided by learned trial Court and third application filed by the petitioner for summoning original nomination form of the petitioner has been kept pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without assigning any reasons, the said application has been kept pending by learned trial Court. Therefore, it is prayed that in the interest of justice, the learned trial Court may be directed to decide the said third application also. 3. I have perused the impugned order dated 18.1.2008. 4. It is obvious from the perusal of the impugned order that out of three applications filed by the petitioner before the Election Tribunal, two applications were decided but third application is still pending without assigning any reasons. Therefore, in the interest of justice, learned trial Court is directed to decide the said application filed by the petitioner, which is still pending on the next date of hearing before proceeding further. 5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.Writ petition disposed of as above. *******
