JUDGMENT : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following I.A. No. 245 in W.P. (C) No. 13029/1985: 1. This Court on 5.4.2002 has passed an order regarding the conversion of Diesel City Fleet into CNG Fleet. Thereafter the applicants prepared a scheme and requisite funds were made available and we are told that a sum of Rs. 2,05,33,164.15 ps. paid as subsidy is lying with the Registry of this Court as a subsidy deposited by the applicant. The applicant now seeks return of the amount from the Registry. The Registry is directed to return the said amount on proper application and identification of the applicant. 2. I.A. is disposed of accordingly. W.P. (C) No. 664/2007: 3. Post along with the Bhurelal Committee matters on 2 May, 2008. I.A. Nos. 240, 241 and 246: 4. Adjourned. I.A. Nos. 275-277 and I.A.
