JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The trial Court, vide its order dated 12.3.1996, took cognizance against tire accused-petitioners for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. The said order was challenged by the petitioners by way of revision petition, which was dismissed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bayana, vide order dated 1.8.1998. The said order is under challenge in this criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as second revision by the same person is barred under subsection (3) of Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. 3. After rejection of the revision petition, the scope to interference under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is very limited. I do not see any abuse of process of Court in passing the impugned orders by both the Courts below. 4. There is no merit in this criminal miscellaneous petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
