JUDGMENT Hon’ble Barkat Ali Zaidi, J.—The accused is charged under Sections 307 and 323, I.P.C. for having fired on the injured person with a country made revolver. The victim sustained gun shot in his abdomen which has been described by the doctors as muscle deep. 2. Heard Sri Mohd. Irfan, advocate for the applicant and Mohd. Israil Siddiqui, Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3. The F.I.R. does not mention any prior hostility and the dispute seems to have developed at the spur of the moment. It is not a case of preplanned calculated assault. We feel inclined to grant bail. 4. Bail granted. 5. Applicant Ramu Singh son of Sri Rajendra Singh be released on bail in the aforenoted crime, on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad. ————
