Judgment :- Elipe Dharma Rao, J. The writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge in disposing of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Corporation to pass orders on the application submitted by the appellant, which is stated to be pending consideration with the respondents 1 to 3 for grant of licence for running the Tea Stall at Door No.26, New No.47, Kutcherry Road, Chennai. 2. At the time of admission of the writ appeal, by order dated 211. 2005, this Court granted an interim order permitting the appellant to run the tea stall pending appeal. 3. When the matter was taken up for disposal on 31.01.2008, this Court directed to issue show cause notice to the Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai, the first respondent herein, to explain as to why the order of the learned single Judge of this Court dated 19. 2005 made in W.P.No.28760 of 2005 was not complied with. 4. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Respondent Corporation has filed an affidavit of the Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai, stating that as per the orders of the learned single Judge of this Court dated 19. 2005, made in W.P.No.28760 of 2005, the appellant was informed on 111. 2005 that the application submitted for licence for the tea stall was rejected, since sufficient documents were not furnished by her. Subsequently, licence was granted to the appellant on 19. 2007 to run the tea stall in the above said address in application No.44348 and the appellant is now running the tea stall. 5. Recording the same, the writ appeal is closed. No order as to costs.
