Order Complaint of the petitioner, in this public interest litigation is non-constitution of Child Welfare Committee, Juvenile Justice Board, Child Protection Unit and Special Juvenile Police Unit in terms of the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. 2. Counter affidavits, duly sworn by the Chief Secretary as also Princip1'l1 Secretary, Social Welfare Department, have been filed. 3. Mrs. Nivedita Nirvikar referring to those counter affidavits submits that all the aforesaid bodies shall be constituted not latter than six months from today. 4. Let it be done. 5. In view of aforesaid, no useful purpose shall be served by keeping this petition pending. 6. Application stands disposed off.
