This appeal by the workman is directed against the judgment dated 12th October 2006 of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 13260 of 2004 whereby the Award of the Tribunal directing reinstatement of the respondent/workman with 50% wages and other consequential benefits was set aside.
