ORDER : 1. By order dated 17.1.2008, this Court had requested the Monitoring committee to give its opinion about the feasibility of non-gas victim patients being treated in the hospitals for gas victims. But the Monitoring Committee has not given its report, and its report is still awaited. Insofar as the children of the gas victims (who are non more than 18 years) are concerned, we are told that they are now being given treatment and that may be continued as per our order dated 17.1.2008. As regards this issue also the Monitoring Committee shall file its report. 2. The I.C.M.R. has already filed its report. 3. The matter be listed for further directions, if any, in the 4th week of August, 2008, awaiting the report of the Monitoring Committee.
