JUDGMENT Honble Barkat Ali Zaidi, J.—The accused-applicant Keshav Nishad was initially charged under Sections 363, 366, 506, IPC which were later on altered under Sections 363, 506, IPC. 2. He has come for bail here. 3. Heard Sri B.K. Tripathi, Advocate for the applicant and Sri N.D. Rai, Additional Government Advocate for the State. 4. The applicant is a married man with three children and said to have enticed Km. Sanju. The father who lodged the FIR says that she is 15 year old. A copy of the Kutumb Register shows that she is 24 years of age. The girl has yet not been recovered, and the accused is being prosecuted only, because that, she was seen in the company of the accused. 5. Bail should, therefore, be granted. 6. The applicant Keshav Nishad involved in the abovenoted case crime number be released on bail in case crime No. 453 of 2007, P.S. Jhangha, District Gorakhpur on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur. —————
