ORDER Heard. 2. In the circumstances, the condition imposed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, by order dated 21-07-2008 in Criminal M.P.No. 955 of 2008 in Crime No. 353 of 2007 to the extent of directing the petitioner to furnish sureties shall stand relaxed as the petitioner is a bank. However, Petitioner shall execute personal bond. The Criminal Petition is accordingly ordered.
